In order to facilitate direct disbursement of federal funds, we also collect authorized financial account details.

All data collected is used exclusively for the purpose of verifying sovereign eligibility for the Federal Stimulus Program and initiating the scheduled transmission of funds via direct deposit or authorized debit issuance.

We employ enterprise-grade AES-256 encryption for all data at rest and TLS 1.3 for all data in transit. Access to portal databases is restricted to authorized federal personnel through multi-factor authentication (MFA) and is audited under strictly enforced federal security protocols.

4. Third-Party Disclosures

The Federal Stimulus Portal does not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties. Your data is only shared with authorized U.S. financial institutions and official government agencies directly involved in the disbursement and verification process.

5. Your Digital Rights

Users possess the right to access the status of their stimulus disbursement and request corrections to any submitted information through our secure verification channel. Unauthorized access or attempt to gain unauthorized entry to this portal is a federal offense under USC Title 18.
